Return Policy.
Batch is a small studio and all products are truly handmade by humans, one at a time, and only when you order them. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but on the off chance you are experiencing any issues, we’re here to help!
Final Sale Items
Digital File or Product: Any digital file or product is not eligible for a return because of the nature of these items. Once the order is confirmed, and the product is sent for download, these items are final sale only.
Seconds: We sell products that have small blemishes that occur in the printing or production process. These products are called “Seconds.” They are final sale only.
Custom orders: Any orders that have been personalized or are a special request are considered “custom orders” and are final sale only.

Returns
We’ll gladly accept unused and unaltered products for domestic return. We ask that items be returned in original packaging so we can recycle and save on waste when possible.
Items MUST be in unused/unworn condition
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Shipping fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We do not offer exchanges
Any refunds will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price
